World HeARTs Store Return Policy

We hope that you love your artisan-made treasures! We strive to deliver a 5-star customer experience while supporting our global artisan partners. 

If for any reason you'd like to exchange an item or receive store credit, we will accept it within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Items must be in new, unused condition with tags and packaging in tact with proof of purchase.  We offer store credit or exchanges for returned items, we do not offer refunds. Certain items such as personal care products, food items, holiday, items from our ReLoved Resale section and clearance items are non-returnable.
