The Kiss by Gustav Klimt is a celebrated masterpiece indicative of his style and use of symbolism. Painted between 1907 and 1908, Klimt used gold leaf to illustrate a luxurious and otherworldly atmosphere. The intricate details, swirling patterns, and symbolic elements within the composition convey themes of love, unity, and the intertwining of the spiritual and the sensual. The Artist Series artfully transforms paint strokes into paper strips using the ancient art of quilling.
Each card takes several hours to make and reimagines a famous work of art into a magnificent greeting card that can either be sent and shared with loved ones or kept and framed as the work of art it is.
Quilling is the art of rolled, shaped, and glued paper that results in creating a unified, decorative design.
All of our cards come with a coordinating envelope, and a short history of quilling on the back of the card. Our square cards require extra postage.

This organization is able to employ over 500 local Ho Chi Minh City quillers, providing them with a stable, safe work environment with healthcare, and food benefits. They also have set up a program where these members of the community can come take supplies and complete work in their home, on their own time. They are paid per piece finished, and are able to contribute and create beautiful work they otherwise would not have the chance to do.
